Majorbird is an Odoo Silver Partner (since 2020), founded by a Chinese-French team and headquartered in Nanshan, Shenzhen. We are an international team of 17 people across offices in Hong Kong, China, Vietnam and Mexico. We have delivered 100+ ERP projects and specialize in the complex, multi-company, multi-currency and cross-border implementations that most partners shy away from — across Asia-Pacific, the Middle East and Latin America.

The role — Sales — ERP Services (China)
You promote Majorbird's Odoo services across China — finding, developing and closing opportunities together with our consulting team.
What you'll do
- Find and develop new business opportunities across China.
- Understand client needs and present Majorbird's value and Odoo solutions.
- Build relationships and manage the sales pipeline.
- Close deals together with our consulting team.
- Represent Majorbird at client meetings and events.
Must-have
- Experience in B2B sales, ideally software / ERP / IT services.
- A hunter who enjoys building relationships and closing business.
- Genuine interest in technology and ERP.
- Self-driven, fair and long-term minded.
- Written English is mandatory.
- Spoken English is required — you will work directly with international clients.
Nice-to-have
- An existing network in manufacturing, trading or retail.
- Familiarity with Odoo or ERP solutions.
- Mandarin Chinese.

What we offer
- Salary: Competitive fixed base (~8,000–12,000 CNY/month) plus uncapped commission.
- Project bonus — accrued quarterly on the collections of the projects you help deliver.
- Pre-sales / signing commission — a share of the deals you help demo and close.
- Sponsored Odoo certification — exam fees fully reimbursed — plus ongoing training.
- Annual leave: 5 days after your first year, +1 day per year up to 15 days.
