The role — Junior ERP Functional Consultant (Technical Background)

You will take part in real client missions and see projects end to end, under the mentoring of a senior consultant — learning to turn business needs into a working Odoo system.

What you'll do

• Gather and document business requirements with clients.
• Configure Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, CRM, Accounting and more) to fit client processes.
• Help configure cross-border compliance modules (e.g. Vietnam e-invoicing, Mexico CFDI) under senior guidance.
• Test functionality, prepare demos and write clear user guides.
• Train end-users and support go-lives and post-go-live questions.
• Work closely with our developers — follow up on and test what they build.
• Complete the Odoo Functional Consultant certification (OCA) within your first 6 months — we cover the exam fee.

Must-have

• 0–2 years of experience (recent graduates welcome) with a technical background.
• A good general understanding of technology — comfortable around code, data and systems (you do not need to be a programmer).
• Analytical, rigorous and a clear communicator.
• Written English is mandatory.
• Acceptable spoken English (you can hold a conversation and grow with us).

Nice-to-have

• Exposure to Odoo or another ERP (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, ERPNext).
• A degree in IT, Engineering, Business or a related field.
• Mandarin Chinese for local client work.

Your growth path

• 0–6 months: Odoo Functional Consultant certification + module-level delivery (Inventory / Purchase / Accounting).
• 6–12 months: independently own end-to-end delivery for a single client.
• 12–24 months: step up to senior consultant or project manager on cross-border, multi-entity projects.
• Long term: grow toward product manager, pre-sales architect or overseas-office lead.

• Salary: 6,000–8,000 CNY/month, based on experience.
• Project bonus — accrued quarterly on the collections of the projects you help deliver.
